Engine and Performance
The Chevy Corvette lineup offers a range of high-performance sports cars built for drivers who love speed, precision, and control. All current models use a mid-engine layout, giving the Corvette better balance and sharper handling. The standard Corvette Stingray comes with a 6.2L V8 engine making over 490 horsepower. It delivers powerful acceleration and a thrilling drive, whether you're cruising city streets or taking on tight corners.
The Corvette Z06 steps up the excitement with a 5.5L flat-plane crank V8 engine that produces over 670 horsepower. It’s built for the track, with sharper responses and a sportier exhaust note.
The Corvette E-Ray adds all-wheel drive to the mix. It combines the Stingray’s V8 with an electric motor on the front axle, giving it hybrid power and all-season capability. The E-Ray is the fastest Corvette in the current lineup, going from 0 to 60 mph in under 3 seconds.
The upcoming Corvette ZR1 will build on the Z06 with even more power, using a twin-turbo version of the same 5.5L engine. It’s designed for drivers who want extreme performance and maximum road presence.
Finally, the Corvette Zora (also known as the ZRX) is expected to be the future hybrid supercar of the lineup. This top-tier model will likely combine the ZR1’s twin-turbo engine with an electric motor for all-wheel drive and unmatched speed.
Interior Comfort and Cargo Room
Every Corvette model offers a driver-focused cabin with high-quality materials and smart design. The cockpit wraps around the driver, giving easy access to controls and screens. Standard features include a digital instrument cluster, performance data recorder, and a central touchscreen. Available options include leather seating, heated and ventilated seats, and customizable ambient lighting.
