What should take no more than an hour took over 2 hours to complete; the service writer was not particularly very friendly and almost seemed like she did not want to be there. Comparing my experience with other dealerships, this experience was sub par. This was a complimentary service, if I would have been required to pay for it, I probably would not return for future service.

My service rep David was fantastic. He listened and heard when I told him what I thought was going on and when the mechanic found that it was indeed that he reached out to my warranty and it was coveredโฆ this is why I regularly tell people to use you not only for purchasing their vehicles but also the service department for keeping them running.

Very poor work done. Claimed a bolt they broke was cross threaded. It was clearly not. They changed the cabin filter and dropped a bunch of leaves down into the fan and did not clean it out so my husband had to tear the dash apart to clean it out. They broke the cap off my washer fluid and lost a nut to a bolt for the bracket. I had to tow my car home because of their mess up and they wanted to charge me $1400 for something they broke.

I emailed it once already so again the worst customer service I have ever had with any car dealership rude don't want to guarantee any of your work did not fix the problem the first time nor the second time so third time in same problem and I have to foot the whole bill doesn't seam right to me or anybody else we have talk to if this was a different problem I would have no problem paying for it I would never buy another GMC again no concern for my safety after all it has a big safety concern airbags . maybe a phone call from your company would be nice and you don't know the whole story with your service person either but I don't suppose that matter to you David is his name

I had purchased a warranty for the vehicle I bought and the transmission failed but because I didn't have the resource to leave my car with you for two weeks when I returned the warranty company denied the claim. I wish that AutoNation would have fought for the customer harder, or at least let me know if I took the car the claim would be denied .

The dealer service team gave the car without testing the car. They change to part may not have defected. I drop my car in May 26, 2025 to fix overheating after 10 mintes of driving highway. The dealer call June 17 to ready to pick up. I am from Seattle area and my parents were flying in June 20, 2025. When they were driving 10 minutes, the car's tempature rise and overheated. They told us they have been tested. My parents were in service area from 10am to 5pm. The technician try this and that, and test driving same problem overheating. We were from Seattle, we got the car and trade in. We pay repair bill and trade the car less value due to problems. It took so many days because they don't have technician. Same thing happen in 2024, the dealer changed water pump but my car was overheated 30 mintes after I pick up from the service department.

This is the third time my Tahoe has been in for airbag related issues. Hoping itโs fixed. Iโve been driving for a year without a drivers airbag. When I first arrived the service writer wasnโt even interested in coming out from his desk to see what the warning was to document properly. He incorrectly documented that we โrefused a multipoint inspectionโ but that was never offered. That was supposed to be done in January when this problem was also occurring and yet it was not identified or fixed at that time. Then despite having this in 2 other times, we still had to pay for this through our extended warranty which we are now told is a 3rd party and not through AutoNation. 7 hours later, we were finally done.

I prepaid for the service plan. All the oil changes. I bought 2 new cars on the same day and got them for both. I have now brought the cars in a total of 4 times and not one of them has been a smooth experience. Every time the service department gives me a hard time or attitude about the prepaid plan. I won't be buying another one and when my service are up I will be taking my cars somewhere else. It gets even better. They called to ask how the service was. My wife told them not so good. They then just hung up on us. So ya, you don't really care.

Had a difficult time making the appointment for an oil change. Had to call the parts department to leave service to give me a call. Set up a Saturday 8am appointment. 2 hours and 15 minutes later my oil change was finished. This is way too long when you are waiting at the dealership. Iโve tried to talk in person with a service supervisor, but havenโt received a call back.

Parts department did not check my parts before I dropped off my truck. They start the install and then found a scratch on the sports bar. Called me the next day to pick it up and then told about the scratch. So job not completed ( had truck for 14 hours). I had to rent a car for 2 days. They ordered new parts and dropped truck off for the 2nd time. This time it took 15 hours to install the sport bar and light bar. Now I find damage to my truck by Tech and I am not told about it. Why? Now they have to order another part to replace the damaged part the Tech did. So now I will have to drop off my truck again. How long will they have it this time? 10 to 15 hours? What will get damaged this time? Why did they try to hide the damage from me? Very unprofessional parts department and service department. I think the 1st time the Tech scratched the sport bar while doing the install. Can I trust them to service my truck in the future? What about the money I am spending on Rental cars, taxis to get around town and doctor appointment. This is a big mess your service department has caused. Maybe time for small claims court. I paid a lot of cash for this truck and maybe I should just get a full refund plus. Buy me a Ford or a Ram.

The Service Advisor was friendly. However, my tires were not rotated due to a 1/32 difference since the last oil change. Now I will be exceeding the recommended 5,000-to-7,000-mile recommended tire rotation interval. The next oil change indicator was not reset. My windshield washer cleaning fluid was not filled up. Unfortunately, I pre-paid for 10 oil changes and now I cannot trust me if my vehicle will get serviced properly; and will have to take time out of my day to ensure everything was done correctly. I commute to my job, and these services are critical to ensure my vehicle is running properly. I am only giving a one-star rating because the Service Advisor was friendly. I drove Rams for years and never received subpar service. I decided to give Chevrolet a shot and my second experience with the service is concerning.

Josh, Nick and Rob, Instead of offering a GM low interest loan as I requested. They lied and said nothing was available. They sold me a higher 6 5% interest loan. I found out later GM Financial current offer is 1.9 %. There's also an error in the contract that borders the definition of fraud. I'm a life long GM customer or possibly our relationship is over.

I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from your department. There was multiple times I tried calling to speak to my service advisor and they would basically tell me to take a hike. He was always busy with a client or just busy period that he could not speak to me. The lady answering the phone was also very rude and the lack of professionalism was very noticeable. You call tell that that both the front desk lady answering the phone and the service advisor were both in sync on what felt like a cat and mouse game trying to reach the advisor. The best part of it was me having to call a different dealership for advice on how to get a back ordered part. That your team had claimed to be waiting on for months. I am not sure if it's lack of knowledge from your team but it honestly felt like they had no intention to help me in the process of my truck being down. If it wasn't for the great professional people over at Camp Chevrolet my truck would have still been waiting for a part and your team would most likely still be ignoring my calls.

I took my truck in to determine the cause of an oil leak. I guess because the repair was covered by my extended warranty, they went ahead and started the repair without talking to me about the timing. They had my truck from Wednesday morning to Monday night. Iโm happy that the work was done. I would have liked to have been offered a chance to schedule the work when it could be done more efficiently. They said it was 9 hours labor. Iโm not happy that it took six days to get that done.

Invoice was done incorrectly. Head service manager in an unfriendly customer service voice tone said that AutoNation doesnโt give refunds. I would have to get the money by check in two weeks. It was unsatisfactory that my invoice was done incorrectly in the first place. I was charged over $3800 in labor for multiple repairs. Would have appreciated to see pictures of some of the leaks. Since we had to wait over a week for a part to be shipped, phone call updates would also have been appreciated. Bottom line is that I will not return to AutoNation dealership for anything either service or purchase, and I will network to let others know about my experience. This is disappointing because I have purchased seven new Chevy vehicles in my lifetime from three different Chevrolet dealerships. No more! This was a negative experience.

Because my car didnt throw any codes when plugged in, the technician came up with things that weren't needed to get fixed that came up to thousands of dollars. Also, I paid 250 dollars for a diagnosis that didn't state the things that were recommended or the cost for the services i was verbally quoted. I took the car to 2 other places for free diagnosis and found out that all I needed 1 of the three things that autonation Chevrolet recommended resulting in a third of the cost. The technicians and service salesman need to be sure about repairs & not guess based on experience and be more transparent.

1. I brought in Chevy Traverse 2016 for an error it was displayed and cutting Gas while I drive uphill, was charged Diagnostic fee and parts, unfortunately the problems still exist, have reported the issue, but no follow up, itโs disappointing for I have been a faithful client for more than 4 years, I feel let down. 2. I also brought in my Chevy Equinox 2014 only to end up battery dead which I had brought 3 months ago. Paid Diagnostic fees for it though parts prices is out of this world.
