When should I prepare my lease return?

Approximately 120 days before your lease matures, it's best to contact AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane Valley. This is a good time to come into our dealership for a pre-inspection and let us know if you are planning to keep your current Chevrolet or looking to get a new one.

When does my lease inspection happen?

Approximately 75 days before your lease expires, an independent inspection company will contact you to arrange an appointment to discuss a brief but mandatory history of your vehicle.

What happens during my vehicle inspection?

At this time, the independent inspection company will evaluate the condition of your Chevrolet. Upon completion of the inspection, a vehicle inspection report will be sent to you, upon request, outlining required repairs or associated costs for excess wear and use, if any. If any service or repairs are needed, you have the option of either having the work completed prior to vehicle return and submitting receipts to Chevrolet Financial Services or paying the charges in the report at your vehicle turn-in time. To ensure the repairs are acceptable and verified, we recommend having them completed at AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane Valley.

When do I need to return my vehicle?

If you are returning your Chevrolet, it must be brought in to AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane Valley on or before the lease maturity date outlined in your initial lease paperwork. Please give us a call and schedule an appointment in advance, as this will help us to ensure we have the proper time allocated for your appointment. We will review the condition of your vehicle and confirm that all necessary repairs have been made. Both you and AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane Valley will then sign a confirmation form to validate that the turn-in process has been completed – and you'll be off on your way!
