This dealership took more than three weeks to get an appointment. I had my car towed down The day before my hair appointment and the Service riders directed the tow truck driver to Parkette on the street. The day of my appointment I heard nothing from the dealership. So that evening I called them. They told me that I did bring me in my car for the appointment And they would have to reschedule. I spoke with multiple people and everyone had a different story. Eventually they realize they did have my car….The experience continue to deteriorate from there.
I had been looking at ads for hybrid cars, but had not yet gone to test drive any. I was visiting a friend 300 miles from home and found a few to look at. I found the one I liked at AutoNation Chevrolet. The entire experience was the best I have had in 50 years of car buying. My salesperson, Andrae, was very customer service oriented, not sales oriented. His friendly, cheerful, no pressure approach was very refreshing. When he didn't have an answer to my questions, he immediately got the EV/Hybrid salesperson, Brandon, to answer my questions. Brandon took the time to answer my husband's questions over the phone. This low pressure atmosphere continued throughout the entire buying process. It was such an enjoyable experience that my friend, who was not in the market, also bought a car. In the end we both had fully detailed, mechanically and cosmetically, cars with full tanks of gas. At 71 years old, I may not be in the market for another car, but, if I am, I will make the 300 mile trip to shop here again
I was very impressed from the point of look, test drive , and to the purchase. My salesman Jacob M., Andre, and Jeremy were all on point. Only reason I was car shopping was due to mine had been totaled out due to a red light runner who hit me. These 3 individuals were so understanding of my situation and were friendly, courteous and patient with me. And between Jacob and Andre finding me the perfect vehicle then Jeremy just amazing through the paperwork process. They made the whole process easy and way less stressful.
The whole staff was very accommodating. They find you something based on your needs very well. They want to get you in the right vehicle that is right for you. Stephen did a superb job.
Blaine was very courteous, respectful and forthright during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable of the cars we were looking at. GREAT experience!
Simple check-up and oil change but very professional staff and very helpful. Go see them for your car needs!
I purchased a 2017 Corvette from AutoNation Acura this summer of 2022. There were a few things needing service/repair. The items to be done to get me to buy it were taken care of in good time. However, the things that were discovered after purchase (under the 3 mos "anything" warranty) have not received the same service. One ongoing issue is electronic, so has to be addressed at AutoNation Chevy. While the people there are nice, I've had to go in person to ask for updates three times so far. I'd been leaving messages, too, but after two weeks, the phone calls just got ignored. Been waiting for a part to be verified as the problem on another Vette before they can fix mine. It's been 3 months. Over a month ago I was told the other part had come in, but crickets. What bothers me more is when I turned the AC off, it smelled funky. Low and behold, I found that my car's in-cabin air filter had obviously never been changed. You'd think all used vehicles would go through a complete service and clean, wouldn't you? Especially, considering the ticket price on automobiles these days. Spend $100k (with the extended warranty coverages) and have to change your in-cabin filter? Pretty much wrecks the excitement and experience, let alone the trust. Shoddy policies and lack of follow through just don't lend to good reviews or referrals.
